3rd event: Hometown Zero

Played an event at the Moose Cabin. The food paled in comparison to the Jockey Club. Where were my rolls!? Anyway, the food I had tonight wouldnt draw me back in im sad to admit as an Attleboro native. But there always the EPT to keep me loyal to the bar at least!

Not much to write about this tournament. My poker ended shortly after the chip cahnge lionel was so kindly to handle for us while i mingled with RichieComputer on the back Patio which holds potential for summer nights with an outdoor grill and pool table begging to be used again. My bust came when i peaked at wired fives with an early limp by a loose player utg and a raise in mid pos by a large stack who just recently sat with me. With 4 bb left and being in the bb i reluctanbtly took the opportunity to at kleast Quad-up my stack and give myself a fair chance at maming a run at it. The flop came low giving me a gut shot an second pair in the hole. The looser player raised out the original raiser, who i put on paint with no pair. Still hopeful my dreams faded quickly when i saw i was up against 99. Dead to a gutshot or the other 2 fives i stood motionless as the turn and river brought no help.

Well better luck next time and i dd run into a nice 3 handed and HU matchup at the badbeat tbale which proved to be the most enjoyable poker i didnt pay for all night. Hoorah to the bad beat segment of EPT!

And at least i outlasted my 2 poker companions, but not RichieComputer who sparkled in his return event to the EPT.
