EPT Final Tables

What can you do at a final table in an EPT tournament? 

   Here is the scenario:
   2000/4000 blinds
   it is folded to the blinds
   SB = 25k
   BB = 35k
   6 handed on the FT Action gets to the small bland, the player waits a few, checking their hole cards. SB announces his all-in and stacks his chips to push them in. You are the big blind with Q8 off suit, what do you do?

   Here is the scenario: 
   5000/10000 blinds
   UTG = 88k
   UTG + 1 = 57k
   7 handed on the FT

Action is to the player under the gun, player peaks quickly and goes all-in. Next player UTG+1 calls with fewer chips. It folds around and the UTG+1 shows Queens to UTG who has AK off suit. Are you happy with your AK there?

Either way there are several arguments and neither is right or wrong....
