Adoption & Foster Care Mentoring, also known as AFC, has empowered foster and adopted youth in Boston to flourish through committed mentoring relationships since 2001. AFC continues to be one of only a few mentoring organizations in the United States, and the only mentoring organization in Massachusetts, to exclusively serve youth with experience in the foster care system and to design trainings and programs specifically tailored to their unique needs.
